LaborUp is evolving into a captivating tool that links industrial talent with top employers through a sleek, minimalist design, enhancing daily recruiter tasks with refined aesthetics and efficient workflows. I was challenged to reimagine LaborUp’s recruitment tool—a platform that connects high-skilled industrial talent with forward-thinking employers—in a way that transformed the everyday experience of recruiters. My mission was to craft an interface that not only simplified job creation, candidate search, and pipeline management but also infused these processes with an element of delight and efficiency. In a dynamic, three-week collaboration with the CEO and Project Manager, I delivered a polished, ready-to-launch product that elevates LaborUp into a trusted partner for recruiters—helping them connect with top industrial talent and driving tangible impact in the recruitment space.

Key design decisions—such as embracing a minimalist aesthetic, applying color with purpose, and integrating subtle micro-interactions—ensured that every recruiter interaction was intuitive and engaging. This deliberate focus on delight has resulted in a significant uplift for the product, making it easier and more enjoyable for recruiters to connect with high-skilled industrial talent. Ultimately, this project stands as a testament to my ability to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions under tight deadlines while keeping user delight at the forefront of my design strategy.
