Diego is thoughtful in his approach to both the designs he produces as well as in how he partners with product and engineering. Diego works quickly but smartly. He is collaborative and partners well with his team. Any time we had a question or left a comment on his Figma designs he responded quickly and with enough detail for the team to understand his thinking and move forward with their respective work.
