Overview
Most people aren’t doing enough, aren’t taking the right steps, or just don’t know how to properly manage their careers and maximize their career potential. I worked with the founder of PathWise to create a platform where professionals could feel guided and could get the resources they need to boost their confidence and skills in their roles.
One of the design goals is that individuals need to feel guided. They come to this platform looking for guidance and need to feel like it's holding their hand, helping them in their career journey.
Career journey
Most people have not thought about creating brand statements, how to better present themselves to the professional world. Not even have clear goals to achieve in their careers.
When getting into PathWise, the product will show you how to do it and give you the tools you need to improve the way you present yourself to others while having a strong conviction on why you are doing it the way you are doing it.
Setting goals and actions
Similar to brand statements and career visions, professionals need clear goals and actions to achieve them. The product gives them actionable frameworks that will help them understand why this is important and how to encourage themselves to get the results they want.
Learn and Grow
Hub or articles, event, resources, videos, etc, for individuals to get help in their journey.
For coaches
The platform serves both professionals and coaches. Coaches log in to review their clients, manage their calendars and have sessions with their clients, all within PathWise.
Calendar and sessions
The purpose for coaches is to come in, see their calendar and join sessions with their clients. Simultaneously, review their earnings as they have more clients and sessions.
To make this familiar and not re-invent the wheel, the interface of the videocalls doesn't change drastically. The product is not limited to video in the sessions. Coaches have chat to share links of articles or documents with their clients. They can also add notes to the session that can be revisited later to track progress.
